Yawn! We’re getting tired of people telling us being gay is hard, tough and not fun! Being gay is great. And perhaps if we believed it more, some of us might be a bit happier.
If you were to believe everything you’ve read about gay men recently you’d think
1) they were all suicidal and depressed
2) were constantly living in fear of their lives
3) have nothing to look forward to in life
And this all comes from gay men! Thanks guys!
But boys, don’t listen to those doom and gloomers. They’re just miserable old so-and-sos who want to make everyone else as unhappy as they are.
FACT! Being a gay is great. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Life is fun so grab the bugger with both hands and enjoy it. We have never lived in such a time when we’ve enjoyed such freedom, so let’s not constantly live in the past but EMBRACE what we have now instead . Yes, bad things happen, but they happen to EVERYONE, whether we’re gay or straight. And if they happen to us, we just have to deal with it and move on…. It’s all part of life’s great plan….
