What we all need in these times of misery and boredom is a delightful dash of happy news. And Saara Aalto has delivered it. The Finnish pop superstar and ice dancer extraordinaire has revealed that she and her girlfriend Meri have tied the knot. The pair, have spoken lots about their big day, and were supposedly planning a celerity packed affair in May, but due to the pesky Coronavirus, the loved up lesbians decided to scrap their plans and make do with an intimate legal ceremony instead. However, Saara says once this COvid-crap has been kicked to the curb, she and Meri will throw a wedding bash to remember!

The exciting new projects include a podcast and a school to inspire other budding singers. “We have dreamt about building our No Fear brand and now finally we had time to do it! Meanwhile, to mark her birthday Saara is a putting on a live show for her fans. QUEENS LIVE! will take place on May 1 at 7pm in the UK and 9pm in Finland and will be “the most glamorous home concert” straight from Saara’s living room!!
